By placing an order, you affirm that the products you purchase are for personal use and do not exceed a 3 month supply.

DELIVERY: Shipping sent by USPS/EMS will cost $12.00 per package (or free if the order is over $100) and will take a minimum of 7 to 14 business days, some orders may take longer depending on overseas, so please place your order in advance.

If the incorrect item was shipped, or if the medication is defective, we'll gladly replace it or refund your money. Just let us know what you would like.

If you believe your order should have arrived, please check with others in the place of delivery who may have signed for the package, and check with the post office in case they have it waiting for you. If you have checked with the post office and anyone else who may have signed for the package, it has been 30 days, and you have not received your order, please contact us and advise us as to whether you would like your order re-shipped or the money refunded. If you do receive the missing order at a later date, please let us know, whether you accepted the package or not. If you did accept the package, you will be charged the normal price (or re-charged in the case that you had been refunded.) When we reship or refund an order, we always file a complaint with the postal service, who then does a thorough investigation to determine when the original order was delivered, and who signed for it. If you fail to let us know that you accepted a shipment after we have reshipped or refunded you, you will be charged for the medication, collection fees and other charges if any, will be filed against you. By letting us know, you will only be charged for medications that have been delivered and accepted. If you refused the package, there would be no further charges to you. No further orders will be accepted from you until this current investigation is completed

I understand that due to health and sanitation laws, pharmaceuticals cannot be returned to a pharmacy once they have left the care, custody and control of the licensed pharmacist, therefore I will be unable to make such returns.
